OK, this is a post for the people who have asked for my eBay buying tips... I have none. I'm quite s**t at it.
Actually, I have one solitary tip. If you want to find sequinned stuff, search 'Frank Usher'. He's, like the 70s/80s Don of Sequins and Beads. If you type in that search term, loads of amazing stuff will come up, and it seems to be cheaper than searching for 'Vintage trophy jacket' or similar.
Question. I am thinking of dying my hair Jet Black, should I? And before you think 'Oh, her hair IS black', yes it is-ISH. But I haven't dyed it for over a year and I miss that Glossy Black sheen, now it's kind of dull. However, if I can continue to grow it out natural, this will give me the option of dying it lighter at a later stage. I just don't know whether I can hold off much longer. Help me?!?

I am crap at eBay too, we need to get than J Noir on the case for us.
Not sure about the hair. I think you suit this natural black.. but ultimately it's up to you. Hair's hair, it grows. I always end up doing the opposite of what everyone recommends anyway.
